Core Talent is partnering with a well-established business operating within the resources industry to recruit a permanent HR Advisor based in Brisbane CBD.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR skilled looking to join an established organisation where they can provide practical HR advice, support business leaders and contribute to a range of people initiatives.

About the Role:

As the HR Advisor, you will provide generalist HR support across the business, working closely with managers and employees on a variety of people-related matters.
This role will suit someone who enjoys a hands-on HR position, is confident providing advice to stakeholders and can balance day-to-day operational HR responsibilities with broader people and culture initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide generalist HR advice and support to managers and employees.




Assist with employee relations matters, including performance management, grievances and disciplinary processes.
Support recruitment, onboarding and employee lifecycle activities.
Provide guidance on HR policies, procedures and employment legislation.
Assist with the development and implementation of HR initiatives.
Support employee engagement, retention and workplace culture initiatives.
Maintain accurate HR records, documentation and reporting.
Build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders.

About You:
Previous experience in an HR Advisor or similar generalist HR role.
Strong understanding of Australian employment legislation and HR practices.
Experience managing employee relations matters and providing practical HR advice.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
A proactive, approachable and solutions-focused attitude.
Relevant qualifications in Human Resources or a related discipline will be highly regarded.
