Empower Healthcare is seeking a Physiotherapist to deliver home-based physiotherapy services under the NDIS in South-West Sydney. You will assess, plan and implement tailored treatment programs for participants in their homes, while coordinating with a multidisciplinary team.

The role requires AHPRA registration, Police Check Clearance, and excellent communication and time-management skills to ensure high-quality care and outcomes for participants and families.
