cohealth in Melbourne is seeking an Occupational Therapist for a full time, fixed-term role ending December 2027. The position is based between Kensington and Braybrook and involves delivering services at outpatients, clients' homes and in the community using cohealth vehicles.

The Therapist will work within a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic care, develop meaningful care plans, and educate clients to adopt self-management strategies grounded in health literacy.
