Uplyft is seeking an experienced Social Worker to join the Grandcarer Case Management service in Western Australia. You will support vulnerable Grandcarer families, build relationships, run workshops, and advocate for improved services.

With trauma-informed practice, cultural sensitivity and a commitment to child safety, you will work in a diverse team to deliver high-quality, person-centred support and link families to needed services for durable outcomes.
