Wayback Ltd. is seeking a Manager, Welfare Services to oversee and continuously improve welfare and social work services. You will ensure protected, Trauma-informed, client-centred care for individuals with substance use issues, in collaboration with the CEO and senior management.
This leadership role requires governance, policy development, and operational oversight to drive ongoing program quality, regulatory compliance and sustainable service delivery across Wayback’s rehabilitation services.
