VIDA Roads is seeking an Advisor, People and Capability to provide generalist HR support across the full employee lifecycle in a busy public sector setting. You will advise managers, coordinate mobility and onboarding, and support policy interpretation and implementation.

The role reports to the Team Leader, People Advisory Services, and offers a hybrid working arrangement with a competitive VPS 4 salary range and advantages. Experience in a similar HR generalist role is preferred.
