Key Responsibilities
Design, develop and support enterprise integration and middleware solutions.
Enhance and maintain integrations across multiple applications and business units.
Troubleshoot complex cross-system issues and optimise platform performance.
Work with stakeholders to deliver scalable, reliable integration solutions.
Key Skills & Experience
Solid hands-on experience with Oracle Field Service (OFS/OFSC).
Proven background delivering integrations, enhancements,
and platform improvements.
Experience with ESB, middleware platforms, REST/SOAP APIs, and enterprise integrations.
Exposure to ServiceNow Field Service Management (FSM) is highly regarded.
