BINGO Industries is seeking an experienced Maintenance Shift Supervisor to join the Resource Recovery team at Eastern Creek. You will lead the shift maintenance crew, ensure safety, and deliver high-quality maintenance across fixed plant assets on day shift.

As a hands-on leader in a rapid-paced industrial setting, you will manage rostering, performance KPIs, and contractor coordination while driving continuous improvement and safer work practices.
