Service Stream is seeking a proactive Lead Maintenance Works Coordinator to support the UU MECS contract in South East Queensland. Based in Fortitude Valley, this role leads Works Coordinators who plan, prioritise and coordinate maintenance across critical water and wastewater assets, ensuring protected, productive execution and KPI-driven outcomes.

You will drive forward planning efficiency, monitor schedule compliance, and collaborate across asset teams to optimise schedules under pressure.
