We are looking for a reliable and motivated Machine Operator to join our production team. This is a great opportunity to work in a supportive, hands-on manufacturing setting, with consistent weekday hours, overtime opportunities and full training provided.

About the Role

Reporting to the Production Manager, your responsibilities will include:
Setting up, operating and monitoring production machinery and equipment.
Ensuring production runs efficiently and meets daily and weekly targets.
Maintaining high standards of safety, hygiene and product quality.
Following standard operating procedures and quality requirements.
Identifying and reporting machinery or production issues promptly.
Completing production records and documentation accurately.

Skills & Experience

We're looking for someone who has:




Previous machine operating or manufacturing experience (food or personal care manufacturing advantageous, but not essential).
A willingness to learn and the ability to pick up recent processes quickly.
Robust teamwork and communication skills.
A reliable, punctual and hardworking attitude.
Good attention to detail and a commitment to workplace safety.
The physical ability to stand for extended periods and undertake manual handling, including lifting 15kg or more.
