Position Overview

We are seeking a friendly, skilled, and well-organised Receptionist to join our Moorebank team. You will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, manage day-to-day reception duties, and provide essential administrative support to our office team.

Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff in a skilled manner
Answer, screen, and redirect incoming calls
Manage meeting room bookings and visitor logs




Provide general information about our products and services
Support the team with administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and correspondence
Maintain a clean and welcoming reception area

Skills & Experience
Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
Solid organisational and time-management skills
Previous experience in a reception or administrative support role
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Professional presentation and customer-focused attitude
