Full time Apprenticeship - Certificate III in Engineering - Mechanical Trade (MEM30219)

What you'll be doing:
Assisting with set-up, programming, and operation of CNC lathes and/or milling machines
Manufacturing high-precision components
Performing routine machine maintenance and basic fault-finding
Overhauling gearboxes, conveyors, pumps and driveshafts
Dismantling, cleaning, measuring, and assessing parts




Supporting small machining jobs and general workshop activities
Workshop upkeep and occasional local deliveries

What we're looking for:
Previous work experieence or exposure to CNC machining (lathes and/or mills)
Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused
Sound computer literacy
Australian citizen or permanent resident

Training & Support:

You'll be employed by MRAEL and supported by a dedicated Apprentice & Employment Consultant, providing:
Ongoing mentoring and performance support
Coordination of all off-the-job training
Regular check-ins to support your progress through to completion
