Shift Schedule: Monday to Sunday (6-hour shifts)
Hours: 9:30 AM 2:30 PM

We are currently seeking a compassionate and experienced Female Support Worker to provide support to a participant located in Dee Why, NSW.

This is an excellent chance for support workers with a strong background in mental health and experience supporting participants with complex needs.

Key Requirements
Female Support Worker (participant preference)
Previous experience supporting individuals with mental health conditions




Experience working with high-risk participants
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to maintain skilled boundaries and provide person-centred support
Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
Valid Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle (preferred)
Working rights in Australia

Responsibilities
Provide daily living and community-based support
Support participant wellbeing and independence
Follow care plans and risk management strategies
Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes
Build positive and professional relationships with the participant
