This is a full time Service Advisor / Receptionist position at Atherton Automotive Pty Ltd located in Atherton, QLD 4883. As the Service Advisor / Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing high-quality customer service and efficiently coordinating all aspects of the vehicle service and repair process.

What you'll be doing
Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner
Manage customer inquiries and bookings, both in-person and over the phone
Provide customers with accurate information about service requirements, costs and timelines
Coordinate the vehicle service and repair process, liaising with the workshop team
Prepare service documentation and invoices for customers
Maintain a clean and organised reception area
Provide administrative support to the workshop as needed

What we're looking for
Previous experience in a customer service or receptionist role, experience in the automotive industry is an advantage but not essential.




Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide excellent customer service
Excellent time management and organisational skills, with the ability to multitask
Proficient in using computer systems and office software
A friendly, professional and positive attitude
Willingness to learn and adapt to recent processes and systems
A manual driver's licence is essential.
