Wax Recruitment Ltd in Croydon is seeking a hands-on estate maintenance assistant to join our frontline teams. You will perform minor internal and external repairs, cleaning, and gardening tasks to keep communal areas well maintained.

You will be supplied with tools, equipment, a recent uniform, safety boots, and PPE. The role requires physical fitness and reliability, and comes with in office training and support from the Estate Services Manager.
