Position Information:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Hotel Services Supervisor who is passionate about delivering the best service to our residents to join our team at RFBI Kurri Kurri Masonic Village on a part-time basis.
You will be a passionate, enthusiastic and experienced individual that is committed to providing the highest possible care to our residents
Within this role, you will be responsible for the efficient and effective coordination of the hotel services department.
You will ensure the delivery of a high quality cleaning and laundry service to our residents.
This position ensures that all relevant legislative requirements pertaining to hotel service delivery are complied with at all times,



and raises staff awareness and response to those requirements.
About you:
You will be keen individual who is driven by the opportunity to work for a reputable aged care provider and become part of the RFBI family.
Experience in implementing Infection Control measures
Excellent planning, organisational and management skills
Experience and sound knowledge of the aged care industry
Ability to implement Continuous Quality Improvement processes
Excellent Communication/Computer Skills
