About us

Westwood Accountants & Advisors Pty Ltd has provided accounting, taxation, and business coaching and development services to individuals and businesses for over 40 years. We are a small qualified practice with a friendly, relaxed team, and many of our clients have been with us for years.

We care more about your work ethic and attitude than your experience. You will be trained on the job by our administration team, starting with front-office and client-contact duties. You will then learn our practice systems, and how we work with the ATO and ASIC.

What you'll do
Welcome clients at the front office
Answer phones and emails as the first point of contact
Handle correspondence and liaise with clients
Manage calendars and book client and team meetings




Manage incoming and outgoing mail
Scan and file client documents
Liaise with the ATO and ASIC, and respond to queries from third-party providers
Support the administration team with general office duties

About you
A professional with a friendly phone manner
Robust attention to detail
Explicit written and verbal communication
Able to juggle a variety of tasks and stay calm under pressure
Energetic, willing to learn and open to new systems
Basic computer skills are essential ; a qualification in Business Administration is highly regarded
Must be an Australian citizen or permanent resident
