Role Description This full-time remote Sales Specialist role is responsible for driving sales growth and supporting customers across assigned territories and segments. The Sales Specialist will manage a portfolio of clients, conduct virtual and occasional in-person meetings, present product solutions, and prepare proposals tailored to customer needs. Daily activities include identifying current business opportunities, following up on leads, maintaining accurate records in CRM systems, and collaborating with internal teams such as marketing and technical support. The role also involves providing product training and demonstrations to customers, addressing inquiries,



and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and retention. The Sales Specialist will monitor market trends and competitor activity, share feedback with leadership, and contribute to sales strategies and campaigns.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage diverse stakeholders and build lasting client relationships.

Valid work authorization in Australia and willingness to travel occasionally for customer visits or team meetings are preferred.
