Role Description This is a casual full-time, Scaffolder role based in the Greater Brisbane Area. The Scaffolder will erect, modify, and dismantle scaffold structures in accordance with site plans, safety standards, and manufacturer specifications. Daily tasks include reading and interpreting drawings, selecting and inspecting scaffold components, loading and unloading materials, and ensuring secure assembly and stability of all structures. The role involves working at height, conducting pre-use checks, maintaining clear access ways,



and collaborating with other trades and site supervisors to meet project requirements. The Scaffolder will also be responsible for adhering to safety procedures, using appropriate fall protection, participating in toolbox talks, and reporting hazards or incidents promptly.
Qualifications
Strong scaffolding skills and experience, including erecting, altering, and dismantling scaffold structures
Competence in working at height and using fall protection systems safely
Relevant industry certifications or cards for construction and scaffolding work
Sound knowledge of safety regulations, hazard identification, and risk control on construction sites
Physical fitness and ability to perform manual handling tasks, including lifting and carrying scaffold components
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and follow written and verbal instructions accurately
Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively as part of a diverse site team
Current driver’s license and reliable transport to sites in the Greater Brisbane Area
Previous experience in scaffolding or construction, and formal scaffolding qualification or ticket preferred
