Hunter Recent England Local Health District is seeking an Assistant in Nursing to support older people at Wallsend Health Campus in home‑based rehabilitation. You will assist with personal care, exercise programs and coordination with nurses and Allied Health staff to deliver protected, compassionate care in the community.

The role requires flexibility, a caring attitude, and a commitment to helping clients regain independence and confidence in daily activities.
