Exact Labour Hire is recruiting an experienced Sous Chef for an ongoing full‐time role in the Cradle Mountain region of Tasmania. You will report to the Head Chef and help run a busy kitchen across regional locations.

The position requires leadership, robust food‐safety knowledge and cost awareness, with typical hours around 38 per week and a base salary of $96,000–$105,000 plus super.
