What You'll Be Doing: ✅ Supporting insurance policy and claims management activities ✅ Preparing claims briefs and coordinating defence packages ✅ Managing records administration and maintaining accurate documentation ✅ Liaising with internal and external stakeholders ✅ Providing exceptional customer service and qualified communication ✅ Monitoring progress, identifying risks,
