About the role
As a Registered Nurse/Midwife or Clinical Nurse/Midwife with the Child and Family Health Service, you'll empower parents, support children to thrive, and deliver evidence-based care in homes and communities across South Australia. Join a passionate, multidisciplinary team dedicated to improving health outcomes for children and their families.
Key duties of the role
Plan and coordinate services with other disciplines or agencies.




Recognise and respond to clinical deterioration or other incidents and
Provide health promotion and education to patients or groups and carers.
Provide direct person-centred nursing/midwifery care and/or individual case management.
Skills and Experience
Registered or eligible for registration as a Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia and who holds, or who is eligible to hold, a current practicing certificate,
OR
Registered or eligible for registration as a Nurse/Midwife with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia and who holds, or who is eligible to hold, a current practicing certificate,
OR
Registered or eligible for registration as a Midwife with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia and who holds, or who is eligible to hold, a current practicing certificate.
Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
Demonstrated commitment to providing consumer/client and family centred care.
