Operations Manager - Multi Outlet Leadership Role

Our client are seeking an Operations Manager to lead food and beverage operations across multiple outlets. in this role, you will oversee a team of circa 150 staff and 8 manages across the venues and focus on creating a culture that is fun yet professional, service driven and detail focused.

This is a hands-on leadership position where you'll drive both operational excellence and a strong service culture across the business.

Preferred Requirements
Proven multi-outlet operations management experience in food and beverage
Solid track record in budget management, cost control, and achieving financial targets
Demonstrated expertise in rosters, stock control, and operational ordering systems




Proven ability to lead and develop teams, building both technical skills and a service-focused culture
Experience managing high-volume hospitality operations with accountability for profitability
Have a solid track record in managing large teams in a multi venue group setting.
