The Role You will be responsible for the effective day-to-day management of your portfolio, including:
Managing a portfolio of approximately 30 buildings and 900 lots.
Building strong relationships with owners, strata committees, contractors and stakeholders.
Organising and attending annual general meetings and strata committee meetings.
Coordinating maintenance, repairs and compliance requirements.
Preparing meeting agendas, minutes, budgets and correspondence.
Responding to owner enquiries and resolving issues professionally.
Ensuring properties are managed in accordance with relevant strata legislation.

About You
You will ideally have:
Previous experience in strata management, preferably at a senior level.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Confidence managing committee meetings and complex strata matters.
A sound understanding of strata legislation and compliance.

A proactive, solutions-focused attitude and a commitment to exceptional client service.
