We are currently seeking a passionate, qualified, and experienced Chef to join our Gold Coast kitchen team.

About the Role You will be responsible for: Preparing and cooking authentic Indian dishes with consistency and quality Managing kitchen operations during busy service periods Assisting with menu planning and seasonal specials Maintaining food safety and hygiene standards Monitoring stock levels and minimising wastage Supervising and training junior kitchen staff Ensuring presentation and flavour standards are maintained at all times Skills Experience Required Relevant chef qualification (Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery or equivalent) Minimum 1 year experience as a Chef in an Indian restaurant Strong knowledge of South Indian cuisine, spices, curries, biryanis, and tandoor cooking Ability to work efficiently under pressure Excellent organisational and communication skills Strong understanding of food safety and kitchen compliance Team-oriented attitude with a positive work ethic What We Offer Competitive salary package based on experience Supportive and energetic team environment Prospect to grow within an expanding restaurant group Full-time stable employment Staff meals and employee benefits If you are passionate about authentic Indian cuisine and want to be part of a growing hospitality brand, we would love to hear from you.
