This is a great chance for someone with a strong background in WA residential construction, particularly double-storey custom homes, who enjoys working on unique designs and bringing clients' visions to life.
We're looking for someone who is confident using ArchiCAD, has strong technical knowledge and can hit the ground running within a busy drafting team.
The Role Prepare accurate and detailed working drawings for custom residential homes, including complex double-storey designs.
Work across a variety of individually designed homes, ensuring drawings meet design specifications and construction requirements.
Ensure all documentation complies with WA building regulations, NCC requirements, R-Codes and relevant local council guidelines.
Collaborate with designers, construction teams and other stakeholders throughout the drafting process.
Review and amend plans, resolving technical and design challenges as they arise.
Maintain a high level of accuracy while managing multiple projects and deadlines.
About You To be considered for this opportunity,



you will ideally have: Minimum 3 years' residential drafting experience within the WA construction market.
Proven double-storey drafting experience – essential.
Strong ArchiCAD skills – essential.
Previous experience working with a custom home builder would be highly regarded.
Strong understanding of WA residential construction methods, NCC requirements and R-Codes.
Experience producing detailed working drawings for residential construction.
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects.
Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
