Key Responsibilities · Operate cremation and ashes processing equipment in line with procedures · Load, operate and monitor cremators safely and efficiently · Assist with unloading, sorting and managing pets within cool rooms · Carry out private and communal cremations with care and precision · Mill and prepare ashes, ensuring quality assurance standards are met · Maintain accurate records, tagging and data entry for all cremations · Support client interactions, including greeting families for viewings when required · Assist with collection and delivery of pets and ashes as needed · Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene and WH S compliance · Perform basic equipment maintenance and report faults or hazards
