A major transport infrastructure project (valued at more than $1 billion) is underway across South East Queensland, delivering complex rail, station and civil works.
Having won numerous major projects in Queensland in the past 12 months, the head contractor is seeking a Site Engineer - Wetland to provide field engineering support for wetland works, with close attention to environmental controls, hydraulic levels and construction quality.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate survey and set-out for excavation profiles, benches, inlets, outlets, liners and maintenance access
Prepare work packs and ITPs for earthworks, drainage structures,



soil placement, erosion controls and revegetation
Verify environmental permits, weather readiness, dewatering controls and hold points
Track quantities, material movements, test results and establishment records
Support wetland commissioning, defect close-out and transition to monitoring
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in civil, environmental, water or construction engineering
2-5 years' site engineering experience in earthworks, drainage, water or environmentally sensitive construction
Current construction induction card and valid driver's licence
Ability to obtain project-specific rail, site and medical competencies
Contractor-side experience with work packs, RFIs, ITPs, subcontractor coordination and progress measurement
Relocation packages on offer.
Australian experience is required.
