A major transport infrastructure project (valued at more than $1 billion) is underway across South East Queensland, delivering complex rail, station and civil works.
Having won numerous major projects in Queensland in the past 12 months, the head contractor is seeking a Site Engineer - Roads to provide field engineering support for roadworks delivered under staged traffic and access arrangements.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare work packs for earthworks, drainage, pavement, kerb, barrier, signage, lighting and line marking
Confirm traffic stages, permits, service clearances, survey,



materials and inspection points
Coordinate pavement testing, levels, layer thickness, compaction and hold-point release
Measure quantities and productivity and maintain diaries, records and red-lines
Support stage-change inspections, reinstatement and defect close-out
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in civil or construction engineering
2-5 years' site engineering in roads, pavements, drainage or traffic-staged civil works
Current construction induction card and valid driver's licence
Ability to obtain project-specific rail, site and medical competencies
Contractor-side experience with work packs, RFIs, ITPs, subcontractor coordination and progress measurement
Relocation packages on offer.
Australian experience is required.
