Reporting to the National Operations Manager, you will be a hands on support to a group of Centres across Brisbane and the Gold Coast, making sure we deliver excellence across every part of the business.
You will guide, support and mentor Centre Directors and their teams, and support the start-up and growth of recent Centres.
This portfolio includes regular travel to our Tasmanian Centres, so you will need to be comfortable travelling interstate and working hands on with teams in the field.Day to Day You WillLive and breathe our Green Leaves Commitments, supporting, mentoring and guiding Centre Directors and their teams to role model them in everything they doVisit your Centres regularly to help teams stay on track with progress and continuous improvementMentor Centre Directors hands on to build leadership capability, and engage teams in professional development and trainingSupport Centre Directors with performance management, providing advice and guidance where further action is neededReview each Centre's Quality Improvement Plan (QIP) with the Centre Director and drive continuous improvementSupport new Centre start-ups alongside the Start-Up Officer, including recruitment, licensing preparation, training, inductions, tours and openingConnect with families when you're in Centre, assist with parent tours and orientations,
