review and negotiationsCorporate and commercial transactionsProperty transactions and adviceLegal research and analysisCorporate legal standards and practicesDevelopment and implementation of legal policies, procedures and trainingYou will provide practical, commercially focused advice, helping the business manage legal risk while achieving its operational and strategic objectives.About YouYou are a commercially minded lawyer who enjoys solving problems, building relationships and translating complex legal issues into transparent, practical advice.You Will Ideally BringA degree in Law and admission to practise in AustraliaMinimum 2 years PQEExperience in commercial law, litigation or a broader legal practiceStrong drafting, negotiation and analytical skillsExcellent communication and stakeholder engagement skillsA proactive approach and the ability to manage competing priorities
