Beatty Hughes & Associates is a leading specialist planning, environment, valuation and heritage law practice, with offices located in the Sydney CBD.We are looking to hire a solicitor with at least 3 years PAE to join our team.
This is a full time role.Our requirements for the role are as follows:Experience in advising on Environmental Planning and Assessment, Contaminated Land Management and Protection of the Environment (Operations) Act mattersExperience in LEC matters (appearances and instructing Counsel)Experience in dealing with Councils, the EPA and other regulatory agenciesWillingness to work in a small teamExperience in compulsory acquisition and land tax appeal mattersExperience in advising on heritage mattersOur practice includes a mix of advisory and litigation work for a variety of clients,



including government, individuals and large corporations.
Because of the size of our team, our lawyers have the chance to work directly with, and learn from, our firm's senior lawyers, all of whom are highly experienced in their specialised fields.
