We're on the lookout for a skilled Maintenance Fitter to join our high-performing team at Tip Top's Ermington site.
If you're a hands-on fitter who loves solving problems and keeping machines running, this is the role for you!
Work ScheduleEnjoy a structured 4-week rotating roster that repeats throughout the year, offering a mix of day and night shifts and regular extended periods off.
Day shifts: Typically 6:00am startNight shifts: Typically 6:00pm startShift lengths vary between 8 and 12 hoursWeekend shifts form part of the rosterOvertime opportunities may be available
What You'll Be Doing
Carry out preventative maintenance and keep equipment running smoothlyDiagnose and troubleshoot machinery issuesRespond to breakdowns and prioritise safe, effective repairsWork with supervisors on root cause analysis and continuous improvementMaintain logs, registers, and SAP records for all repairsCollaborate with production teams to keep operations flowing
The ideal candidate will have:
Experience in industrial maintenance (food manufacturing preferred)Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressureForklift licence (highly regarded but not essential)
