About the role
This is your chance to become part of a friendly team working to support the operations of a busy truck service and parts department.
We are seeking to appoint an outstanding Administration Clerk who is reliable and displays a can-do attitude.
Duties & responsibilities include
Answer telephone promptly, screen and direct calls in a professional manner




Promptly attend to any service bookings that are made via email / internet / telephone
Provide general administrative and clerical support
Produce accurate invoices in a timely manner ensuring clear explanation of works completed
Ensure accuracy of customer, vehicle and billing details
Provide support to all technicians to ensure service reports are accurate
