You'll be the main point of contact for guests overnight—ensuring professional, friendly and productive service at all times.
You will also complete audit tasks,



reports and ensure a smooth handover to the morning team.What you'll be doing:Complete all night audit tasks as per checklistBalance cashiering and prepare reportsEnsure accurate cash and credit handlingAssist in cross‐checking daily work for all outletsHandle complaints efficiently and professionallyQualificationsExperience in Front Office or Finance operations preferably in a Hotel environmentKnowledge in Hotel systems such as OPERA cloud or Hub OSStrong attention to detail and analytical skillsAbility to work overnights, weekends and public holidayStrong time management and ability to multitaskHighly trustworthy and reliableAdditional InformationWhy work for Accor?
