This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a quick-paced environment and enjoys balancing workshop operations with exceptional customer service.You will play a key role in supporting, coordinating workshop workflow, maximising technician productivity, and ensuring customers receive a seamless service experience from booking through to vehicle delivery.Key Responsibilities:Workshop ControllerDistribute job cards to technicians based on skill set, availability, and prioritiesMonitor job progress, repair quality,



and service timelines throughout the dayLiaise with Parts team to ensure accurate information and job readinessProvide technical assistance and guidance to technicians as neededEnsure full compliance with health and safety policies and proceduresConduct quality checks and ensure adherence to manufacturer standardsSupport recruitment, onboarding and upskilling of techniciansReport on technician efficiency, productivity, and workshop KPIsQualifications:Education: Diploma or higher in automotive or a related field.Training: Received training in maintenance technology, management, etc.WishlistPrevious experience as a Workshop Controller, Service Advisor, Foreman, or Senior Technician.Excellent customer service and relationship management skills.Strong workshop coordination and planning abilities.Knowledge of dealership management systems such as Pentana, Revolution, ERA, or similar.Ability to manage competing priorities in a busy environment.Strong communication and problem-solving skills.Current driver's licence.Strong analysis, organization, business development and training capabilitiesAble to handle customer complaintsWorkshop Location: Gregory HillsYou must be eligible to work in Australia
