Labourforce client is seeking a Moulding Machine Operator / Pick Packer at the Smithfield site.
This 24/7 operation offers 12-hour shifts on a rotating roster (4 days on / 4 days off) with an immediate start and temp-to-perm opportunities.The role focuses on operating moulding machinery, picking/packing finished goods, and ensuring product specifications are met.
Candidates should have experience in manufacturing/production or warehouse settings, with a forklift licence preferred.
