This role is dedicated to a high growth start up preparing for market launch, offering a rare chance to embed yourself early, influence key decisions, and help shape the commercial strategy from day one.
Working closely with senior finance leadership, you will sit at the centre of the business, partnering across product, sales and marketing to drive performance and decision-making.The ChallengeReporting to the Director of Finance, your key responsibilities will include the following:Analyse product, category and SKU performance across pharmacy, retail and grocery channelsBuild financial models to support pricing, promotions, product launches and ranging decisionsDeliver clear, data-driven insights to influence commercial and strategic outcomesSupport budgeting, forecasting and scenario modelling across a rapid-growing businessPartner cross-functionally with product, sales and marketing to drive performanceDevelop reporting, dashboards and analytical tools to support decision-makingContribute to system implementations,
