Goldfields Cycle Sports Inc is seeking a Gaming Supervisor to join our team in Bendigo, VIC.
This is a ongoing casual position that offers flexibility whilst maintaining the high standards of service and compliance our venue demands.
As Gaming Supervisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring our gaming operations run smoothly, maintaining a safe and responsible gaming setting, and delivering exceptional customer service.
This position is integral to the success of our hospitality and gaming operations.Key responsibilitiesSupervise gaming floor operations and monitor gaming machines to ensure compliance with all gaming regulations and venue policiesManage customer interactions and resolve gaming-related queries and complaints professionally and efficientlyEnsure responsible gaming practices are maintained and provide support to customers showing signs of problem gamblingConduct regular equipment checks and report any technical issues or maintenance requirementsProcess gaming transactions accurately and maintain detailed records of gaming activitiesTrain and support gaming staff on procedures, responsible gaming practices and customer service standardsMonitor cash handling and security protocols to prevent fraud and unauthorised activityEnsure the gaming area maintains high standards of cleanliness and safety at all timesReport to management on gaming floor activities, incidents and performance metricsKnowledge of System One and open and closing proceduresWhat we're looking forCurrent Victorian Gaming Machine Venue Operator Licence,



RSG and RSAProven experience working in a gaming or hospitality venue environmentStrong knowledge of gaming regulations, responsible gambling initiatives and harm minimisation practicesExcellent customer service skills with the ability to manage difficult situations calmly and professionallyStrong numeracy skills and accuracy with cash handling and record-keepingAbility to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environmentClear communication skills and the ability to provide instruction and support to staffCommitment to maintaining a safe, secure and compliant gaming environmentFlexibility to work casual hours including evenings, weekends and public holidays as requiredWhat we offerWorking at Goldfields Cycle Sports Inc means joining a community-focused venue that values our team members.
