Through genuine connections and meaningful interactions, you'll make a positive difference in the lives of residents every day.Key responsibilities include:Supporting residents to achieve their individual goals in line with their care plans.Assisting with personal care, daily living activities, mobility and mealtime support.Encouraging independence, choice and meaningful engagement in daily life.Developing positive relationships with residents, their families and colleagues.Monitoring resident wellbeing and reporting any concerns or changes to the care team.Contributing to a safe, welcoming and supportive setting for residents and visitors.About youTo be successful in this role you will have:Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing) or equivalent, or currently undertaking Undergraduate Registered Nurse studiesAbility to safely perform the physical requirements of the roleBasic computer and technology skillsStrong verbal and written communication skillsAbility to build positive relationships with residents, families and team membersUnderstanding and appreciation of BaptistCare's Christian identity and valuesWhy Join Us?
