This is a hybrid marketing, events and operations role.
One week you might be organizing an activation.
The next you'll be filming content, scouting out our next activation, assisting with a sales presentation for a major retailer, coordinating POS materials, doing an instore tasting, helping launch a new flavour or helping out on canning day.
No two days are the same.
You'll work directly with the founders and sales team, helping to bring the brand to life through content, events, activations, partnerships and day-to-day operations.Key responsibilitiesFinding, Planning and executing brand activations, tastings and eventsDeveloping and Coordinating activations, sponsorships and trade showsManaging event logistics, staffing and equipmentWorking with venues, retailers and partners to create memorable brand experiencesOwning Mexink's social media presence across Instagram, TikTok and FacebookCreating content calendars and campaign schedulesCapturing photo and video content at events and customer locationsEditing reels,



stories and short-form video contentSupporting the Sales Manager with customer presentations and follow-upAbout you1-3 years experience in marketing, events, hospitality, FMCG or brand rolesA can do attitude and ability to find and develop activations, partnerships and eventsStrong social media and content creation skillsExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailA current driver's licenceAvailability to occasionally work evenings or weekends at eventsTakes ownership and gets things doneComfortable rolling up sleeves and getting involvedAbout usMexink isn't just another RTD.
