We're partnering with a leading organisation seeking Claims Consultants to join their growing team on an initial six-month contract basis.These opportunities sit across both Travel & Accident Claims, offering the chance to develop your technical claims expertise while working within a team-oriented and people-focused environment.You'll be responsible for managing a portfolio of claims from lodgement through to settlement, providing exceptional service to customers while ensuring claims are assessed accurately and efficiently.You'll work closely with experienced colleagues, receive structured training, and be supported by a dedicated buddy during onboarding.Key ResponsibilitiesManage a portfolio of claims end-to-endAssess claim documentation and determine claim outcomesLiaise with customers, medical professionals, employers,



and third-party stakeholdersGather and review supporting informationNegotiate and process claim settlements within delegated authority limitsMaintain accurate claim records and notesDeliver exceptional customer service throughout the claims lifecycleWhat's on Offer?
