and accurate credit card reconciliation processesPrepare monthly Instalment Activity Statements & Business Activity Statements for ATOAssist with year‐end workpapersContribute to financial reportingComplete month‐end journalsAssist with payroll processing and reviews – multiple entitiesEnd to End payroll processing experience in Xero – multiple entitiesSuperannuation processing, including clearing house experience – multiple entitiesReporting and chasing customers for paymentsAssisting the accountant where requiredAbility to work unsupervisedWhat You Bring5+ years' experience in a bookkeeping & Payroll or similar accounting support roleMulti-entity payroll processing experience is essential for this position5+ years of experience in payroll software such as Tanda, Employment Hero, DeputyA positive, solutions‐focused, and adaptable mindsetStrong communication skills — written and verbalAbility to work well both independently and within a teamA passion for learning new systems and expanding your skillsStrong time‐management under pressure and tight deadlinesFull Australian working rights must haveA robust understanding of Xero accounting softwareAdvanced user proficiency in Xero is required for this roleBe careful - Don't provide your bank or credit card details when applying for jobs.
