You'll help host our corporate events while also looking after members, welcoming recent customers and keeping our front desk running smoothly.Key responsibilitiesWelcome and engage with members, new customers and corporate groupsTalk customers through our memberships, trials and servicesActively sell memberships, follow up enquiries and help customers find the right optionBuild relationships with members and make them feel welcomeHelp set up, host and pack down corporate functionsKeep events on track and make sure guests are looked afterAssist with drinks service and catering coordinationHandle bookings, payments and general reception dutiesKeep the venue organised,



presentable and running smoothlyAbout youOutgoing, confident and comfortable starting conversationsA natural communicator who enjoys building relationshipsComfortable recommending memberships and asking for the saleMotivated by sales targets and delivering great customer serviceOrganised and able to juggle front desk duties with a busy functionReliable, proactive and comfortable taking ownership of a shiftComfortable capturing content on a phone—an eye for social media is a bonusAvailable primarily on Saturdays and weekdays in the lead-up to ChristmasExperience in sales, hospitality, events, reception or customer service would be valued
