Disability Support Workers – Geelong and surrounds | shifts available between 8am–8pm | Immediate StartWe are seeking a passionate, experienced and reliable Disability Support Workers (DSW) to provide high-quality, person-centred support to our clients across Bannockburn and Inverleigh.This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced DSW who confident working with complex support needs is, behaviours of concern and children.The OpportunityLocation: Geelong and surroundsShifts:between 8am and 8pmStart: Immediate start preferredExperience: Minimum 3 years' experience as a Disability Support WorkerManual Handling: Current Manual Handling training and practical experience requiredSpecialist experience: Experience supporting people with behaviours of concern is essentialClient group: Must be comfortable and confident working with childrenYour ResponsibilitiesDepending on the client's individual needs, your duties may include:Personal care, including toileting and showering assistanceMeal preparation,
