With a strong focus on collaboration, mentorship and client service, the firm offers its lawyers genuine exposure across a range of legal areas in a supportive and dynamic environment.About The OpportunityThe primary purpose of this position is to provide legal support across commercial law matters, while developing your skills alongside experienced senior lawyers.Some of your responsibilities will include:Drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial agreements, including supply, service, distribution and confidentiality agreementsProviding practical commercial advice to individuals, SMEs and corporate clientsAssisting with business structuring, sales and acquisitions, including due diligencePreparing and reviewing corporate documents such as shareholder agreements,



company resolutions and constitutionsAdvising on commercial leasing, terms and conditions and general contractual mattersConducting legal research and preparing transparent, concise advice for clientsManaging client communications and contributing to strategic outcomesWorking closely with senior lawyers across a variety of mattersAbout YouThe successful candidate will have:1 to 3 years PQE in commercial law, ideally with at least 2 yearsFluency in Mandarin (essential)Strong legal drafting and research skills with great attention to detailConfidence handling multiple matters with both guidance and autonomyMotivation to grow within a supportive, mentoring team environmentWhat's in it for You?
