Your responsibilities will include:Cleaning resident rooms, bathrooms, living and dining areasMaintaining communal and high-traffic areasGeneral cleaning of floors, surfaces, kitchens and common areasRubbish removal and restocking suppliesFollowing infection control,



hygiene and safety requirementsReporting maintenance or safety concernsAssisting with movement of equipment and stock where requiredWhat we're looking forMost importantly, we're looking for people who are dependable, caring and take pride in their work.Previous cleaning experience, with aged care experience highly regardedA current NDIS Worker Screening Check, or the ability to obtain oneAbility to meet relevant compliance requirements, including a National Police Check and influenza vaccinationStrong attention to detail and high cleaning standardsReliability and punctualityConfidence working independently and as part of a teamStrong English communication and interpersonal skillsAn understanding of the importance of resident dignity, hygiene and presentation in an aged care environmentWhy join Bayton?
