Having won numerous major projects in Queensland in the past 12 months, the head contractor is seeking a QS / Contracts Administrator - Greenfields to provide disciplined quantity-surveying and contract-administration support across early and active greenfield delivery, protecting the commercial position while enabling timely procurement, accurate payment and practical resolution of package-level change.Indigenous Business Growth (IBG) is a majority Indigenous owned recruitment business registered with Supply Nation, specialising in civil engineering, infrastructure, construction and major project recruitment.

built on practical industry experience and a explicit understanding of how complex projects are delivered.Workstream: Greenfields | Indicative start: ****Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare tender comparisons, scope clarifications and commercial recommendations for subcontract and supply packagesDraft and administer subcontracts, purchase orders and consultancy agreements within approved delegationsMeasure completed quantities and assess subcontractor claims against progress, quality records and entitlementMaintain variation, notice, claim and correspondence registers and actively manage time barsSupport monthly cost-to-complete, cash-flow, risk and opportunity reviewsSupport final-account preparation and orderly commercial close-out of completed packagesWhat We're Looking ForContractor-side commercial experience on civil, rail, transport or major building projectsQualification in quantity surveying, construction management, law, engineering or a related discipline, or equivalent experienceKnowledge of head-contract and subcontract administration in a delivery environmentAwareness of Queensland security-of-payment requirementsRelocation packages on offer.Australian experience is required.
