Supporting a workforce of approximately 5,000 employees, the business operates within a complex, multi-site environment and is recognised for its solid internal culture, operational rigour, and commitment to continuous improvement.This is an opportunity to join a high-performing payroll function within a business that values accuracy, accountability, and service.Key ResponsibilitiesEnd-to-end payroll processing across weekly, fortnightly and monthly cyclesManaging payroll adjustments including terminations, redundancies, bonuses and commissionsMaintaining payroll master data and system integrity (SAP ECP / SuccessFactors)Processing superannuation, payroll tax and statutory compliance obligationsCompleting reconciliations, month-end processes and reporting requirementsManaging employee queries and delivering a high level of internal customer serviceConducting root cause analysis on payroll discrepancies and driving process improvementsPartnering with HR,
